PainTINGS OF THE LONG FORGOTTEN is an innovative gaming experience that combines elements of fantasy and sci-fi, with a focus on immersive storytelling. Players create their own digital artworks in the form of paintings or illustrations using 20 different materials scavenged from sustainable utopias like "Pangaea" and add them to various locations within virtual worlds such as ruins, abandoned cities, magical forests and more! The game is set up so that players can explore a vast array of environments through their own artistic vision while making decisions on the direction they want the artworks in each space. Players roll 4D20 at key points throughout gameplay which trigger special events or quests to progress further into new areas within "The Long Forgotten".PainTINGS OF THE LONG FORGOTTEN is a sci-fi gaming experience that combines elements of fantasy and immersive storytelling, set against an ancient civilization created by the player's art. The game was designed for 4D20 Jam 2022 using Lunar EchoS as inspiration from Becky Chambers' A Psalm for the Wild - Built with gratitude to David Blandy (a fan) & Sustainable Gaming Forum who helped create this hack of Wanderhome and Yokohamanai Kaidashi Kikou anime!
