This artifact was created as part of an Artifact's Horror Jam, which involves gathering all entries from that particular event to create a solo game later on through updates about the project available at the jam page. Released under CC BY 4.0 license per Attribution requirements with linking and credit given for appropriate use in any way deemed acceptable by licensor without endorsement or support of it being redistributed within new projects, remixing/adapting material as desired to build upon it further commercially if so done appropriately but not including attribution necessary (license).
