The game is designed for short missions that take place inside stable incursions, bubbles of reality surrounding objectives somewhere in space and time.
The core game mechanics are adapted from 24XX by Jason Tocci, but with a new stress system and reality warping powers. The game rules are all presented on a single page, with an additional page of tables for generating time-travelling missions for agents to go on.
