Apathecaia is an indie solo RPG that combines elements of Poetry, Wordplay and Fantasy genres with unique mechanics inspired by Fortified Tree Lane (FTL) game system in the world "Bristlewood". The player takes on the role as a Pharmacist Porter who travels through forests to find rare herbs needed for healing. As they journey around the post-apocalyptic landscape of Bristly Woods, meeting different creatures and forging alliances with them while fighting off dangerous beasts roaming the area could be their main objectives throughout each season in which multiple characters can play this game simultaneously at home or online via a single player account without any need to create new accounts. The map is detailed using Travel mechanics inspired by FTL! It also has social encounters, barter for resources and upgrade your tools/wagons during gameplay along with bringing companions like quirky Companion bugs alongside you on the journey towards achieving goals in Seasonal Journeys where different playthroughs of this game experience a diverse set of events that would be more engaging to players compared to traditional multiplayer options.
