Welcome to the center of Mercy, where metal and concrete dominate skyline while glass windows expose city streets below; urban development reaches out towards clouds in silhouette form as neon lights create polyrhythmic patterns on buildings' exteriors. This issue includes Ezra University's largest bar crawl ever attempted (and one that is sure to knock out low-level parties) alongside a murder mystery, camera store and magical instrument shop, library dungeon full of weirdness with an attached graveyard repurposed as school park; all housed in the same city block after political tampering.
