The game What's So Cool About Hulijings? is a hack of Jared Sinclair's title, and it features the same themes as Taels of the Heisty Vixens - master thieves with their own cantrips. The goal in this version is to create your very own hulijing (fox spirits) for daring heists rather than being an apprentice thief like Takashi from My Friend Rabbit's game where you craft and sell homemade animal traps, but this time the focus on creating a character that can control them as opposed to trapping rabbits.The player takes inspiration in Chinese folklore about fox-spirits who are skilled thieves with their own cantrips aiding them through heists they orchestrate themselves using various tools such like sieves or hooks while making others believe it is an accident caused by the animal's movements, etc..
