An Urgent Memo is a single-card communication system that utilizes a limited resource for managing a variety of communication methods in a modern fantasy setting. Some methods are mundane and some are more magical in nature. This game text was made for the Tiny Library Mosaic Game Jam (Modern Fantasy) using the MOSAIC Strict design philosophy. This text can be combined with other MOSAIC Strict modules to compile rules for a game. Special thanks to the Junk Food Games community on Discord for design chat and feedback. Ca-caw!
