A cyberpunk game about sad bounty hunters trying to make ends meet in a corpo-owned city haunted by the dead

The year is Y-83 and all that remains in New Bilibid are haunted waste areas run by corporations who have abandoned their duty of preserving Earth's resources for future generations as they hide from inevitable doom brought about due to neglecting environmental stewardship. Players take on the role of a Jacka, working either end jobs with an emphasis placed on risk-taking and resilience in this postapocalyptic urban hellscape where survival is not guaranteed but must be constantly fought through resourceful ingenuity
