Operators work like a black ops for the Overseer, and often work in complete secrecy. The Overseer carefully regulates language, weapons, and economy, but is that a benevolent service? Or a malevolent iron fist? Operators are highly specialized Keepers, which form elite fireteams that work in secret. At the close hand of the Overseer, Operator teams are employed for extremely important or difficult missions.
