It’s a set of downtime procedures that can be used between gaming sessions to generate ideas for consecutive quests set in a larger year-long time scale. They both simulate changes to the game environment and provide tools for ruling the Mountain. In a solo game you take a role of the Dwarven Lord, and in a group play PCs become the Dwarven Council making decisions collectively.  You can use it with your OSR, D&D 5e or any story game.
