This is the 11th Comedy Evening Game and is for any number of players and no story guide. The game is suitable for children, but not small children who won't understand what a nuclear power station is or why you are laughing. The rules sit on a single small page and is largely just 100 prompts to improvise a short story one sentence at a time.
