The Synergogen Corporation owns Tobin Station and all its contents are subject to manipulation by a company policy called SpaceWalkiEs, which can be played in various sci-fi systems like Mothership or Stars Without Number. The escape pod is located at the other end of the station with Subject Rho being an important asset onboard it for offworld living purposes that involves breeding and modifying genetically modified dogs to improve their health, loyalty, and friendship traits before they become more valuable than Tobin Station itself in case there's any meteorite impacts or unauthorized activities. The Synergogen Corporation must not forget the safety of its subjects by providing them with proper evacuation procedures after a potential danger such as an unexpected psychoactive substance delivery through Subject Rho that causes euphoria and paralyzes affected individuals for minutes before they recover, even if it results in lifetime debts to be known throughout nine systems. Please keep your distance from Tobin Station or you risk being forever indebted because of the escape pod's owner subjecting himself (and possibly other dogs) by abandoning them after their monetary value is higher than that one he spent on his current life, making him a debt collector and an unwanted companion for society to deal with.
