All that glitters is an action RPG set in the world of Orbital Bliss where players take on roles as pirates or revolutionaries working against oppressive forces who control space colonies through military might. The game features multiple factions such as Glitter Pirates, Space Colonists and Pirate Island with different jobs to choose from for each faction including ship captains, bounty hunters hired by corporations seeking their enemies' heads and finally the pirate queen herself leading an audacious uprising on her own island against a corrupt corporation owner named "Mr K."
