The Paperflesh Advent is a surreal, dark adventure in which players follow protagonist Rix through his unsettling journey into a mysterious forest where he meets an ancient sorceress and discovers that immortality can be achieved with honey. They must navigate treacherous terrain filled with dangerous creatures such as beeswax-fed centipedes, carnivorous puddles of blood (with their stench), mutated tree roots, and even the queen bee herself who guards a priceless artifact said to grant everlasting life in exchange for one's sacrifice upon her deathbed after drinking from it. The incursion also includes five rings with different themes such as betrayal or revenge, treachery disguised under disguise, and supernatural creatures that can only be defeated by human ingenuity if they fall into the wrong hands.
