Rad Zone Totaliity is an apocalyptic survival game for 1-2 players where they manage a group of survivors living inside fortified rad bunkers in order to avoid radiation exposure from roaming bandits outside their safe havens. The player takes turns managing the bunker and its resources, as well as hunting down supplies while evading dangerous situations with irradiated outlaws who roam around looking for new sources of food or weapons that could aid them against the harsh future's dangers. A game session is played using a character from an updated RosteR roster which includes previously-played characters and survivors, along with additional useful traits such as radiation resistance and strength levels to survive dangerous missions without taking doses in their body. The order of play involves selecting or generating a new character first followed by filling out the Episode Sheet before exploring different locations through mission journeys back to the bunker where episodes can be played separately while staying within survivability limits set for each player's characters at that moment and avoiding radiation exposure as much possible on surface missions.
