I got inspired to make this game when I saw James Kyle's piecepack game system.  In keeping with the spirit of his materials being in the public domain, this game is also permanently going to be free to play. If you like two-player games such as Rock, Paper, Scissors, you may like this slightly more advanced version. Tug of W.A.R. uses four elements - Sun, Moon, Crown, and Army - as well as being points-based (0-5).  First player to get a 20 point lead on the other player wins the game. But if both players get down to 0 points, the game ends with no one the victor....
