The Greenriver Towers were a social housing disaster ridden with financial corruption, closed down 10 years ago. People were housed while the third tower was still in construction. At least 12 people vanished before the site was closed and the towers acquired the nickname "the vanishing towers"  You friend Maggie noticed that an internet meme about a cat mural is from the Greenriver towers and went investigating.
