On the Way to Chryso­poeia is a letter writing game where players work together, inventing characters in their mind for an adventure through time using letters they write themselves or find sent back from friends as keep-sakes on special paper and placed into envelopes. The journey takes them to different times of ancient Greece via the mythical city Chrysopoecia with its underground river that leads down a hidden path called 'The Way.' Each partner will progress independently, but meet up in real life to exchange letters about their experiences leading towards discovering one another at an unknown destination together for success. The game has successfully funded on Kickstarter and is set to release September 2023 along with the Chrysopoecia & All Around micro-tRPG bonus app as well as a new 12 page appendix featuring 3 original illustrations, allowing them continued support of their web repository called Floating Archives where player contributions can be stored for easy access.
