The main goal of Super Suplex is for players to gain experience points by winning matches against computer opponents (called "wrestlers"). Players can earn bonus experience if they defeat an enemy wrestler with a unique ability, such as lightning or wings. Winning the championship belt requires defeating other wrestlers and becoming stronger than them over time through practice exercises like pushing weights around on treadmills. The game also includes power-ups that give players increased strength levels for extra damage in battles but can be used to gain an unfair advantage against weaker opponents if not properly managed, so it is recommended to use sparingly until necessary or risk losing too much progress and even the championship belt as a consequence!
