Dear God is an online letter writing game where two players use a tarot deck to generate prompts, which they write and send back-and-forth on various topics in the world of science fiction such as alternate realities, dystopian societies, time travel theories, artificial intelligence, apocalypse scenarios etc. It was created for Emily Axford's album Doomsday Diaries: A Love Song For Any Apocalypse Scenario based around apocalyptic events that are depicted within a fictional story about an astronaut who is stranded on Mars after their spacecraft crashes into the planet and causes widespread destruction in its vicinity before being rescued by NASA astronauts from another space station.
