This is the Local Leader, a Playbook for the Powered-by-the-Apocalypse game Monster of the Week by Michael Sands (https://genericgames.itch.io/). It's built off of the Mundane playbook and is for a character with strong ties to a tight-knit local community, that they can leverage for help in monster hunts defending it. It was made for the Loose Playbooks Jam, and I had a lot of fun doing it! Monster of the Week can be found here, and is a hack of Apocalypse World by Meguey & Vincent Baker.
