GO RGO N RO T is a new wave of old school fantasy role-playing game designed for CD booklet with grid combat and hexcrawling mechanics. It's set in an apocalyptic future inspired by heavy metal bands like Eternal Champion, Night Demon, Wytch Hazel, Visigoth, SmouldeR, Metal Assassin from the 70s to 90s that influenced it heavily as well as some new wave music such as New Order (1990) and Depeche Mode. The game has a 2D6 mechanic with push-your luck system for Luck score which gives great power but depletes when used wisely, inspired by the yellowed pages of old books like Fighting Fantasy from 1980s to 1990's games designed as CD booklet that are now rare and expensive due their low print run. The game also has a pregens with bestiary for creating your own characters or designing them using art assets provided in the game, which you can add some more flavor by playing around with different options such as gender selection (male/female) and skill selections from combat to magic spells while having fun exploring this future apocalyptic world.
