"Job Interview Superheroes" is a tabletop roleplaying game that revolves around job interviews and superheroes with less than top powers but impressive ones for their superpowers at the interview stage of an individual's career path, who have been 'blasted' or injured in some way. The heroes are faced against questions from potential employers to showcase these talents as part-time roles will become full time positions where they'll be responsible and work with a team on projects that involve different departments such as Sales & Marketing, Advertising etc... The heroes must impress potential employers by showcasing their less than top-of-the-range powers and answering questions from interviewers to secure a parttime position that will eventually lead them into full time roles in various departments, such as Sales & Marketing for advertising projects with sales teams like eCommerce companies. Job Interview Superheroes is designed specifically for three players but can be expanded upon by adding more heroes or even an additional system if desired!
