It is said that ghosts are human souls tied to the earth by their unfinished business. These souls are bound by heavy chains of regret to wander among the living until they can come to terms with their own deaths. Spirit Medium is a solo journaling tabletop roleplaying game in which a spirit medium interacts with ghosts, spectres, apparitions, and phantoms, trying to help them move on from haunting humans to enjoying their eternal rest. Spirit Medium is played with a tarot deck and 1-3 6-sided dice.
