2-player abstract boardgame where you try to create a line of 3

This is a 2-player abstract boardgame where the gameplay is about placing sticks onto a grid and then rotating them in order to get a line of 3 before your opponent does. The game needs very few components (even the board is pretty much optional) but offers a bunch of strategically interesting scenarios. The PDF explains the rules and has handy illustrations on how to set up the game.
