The contents are available for use under Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) license when creating games using MAPPING the CATACOMB system or modifying a game that has already been made in this way. The attribution text includes information on who created it, why you're sharing and distributing your work with others, any logos included within, as well licensing restrictions for use of those logo's by third parties (in case they are used without permission), but also providing clear instructions to the end-user about how their game is licensed. Additionally this license agreement has a disclaimer that allows users who do not want or need additional permissions from Matt Madsens team and you can still be able to use it under CC BY 3.0 Unported (Creative Commons) as long they include your name in credits, if needed for transparency purposes
