In this print and play game you are a slime mold, tasked with creating two new subway lines for your city. How efficient will you be? Play the game and find out. A printable PDF is included, but you can also work with the initial Google Slides file here. If you are unable to print the page there is a version made on Google Sheets (here). It is a bit clunky to play and provides a slightly different game play mechanic.  This game was made for the A Game By Its Cover Game Jam, but I was unable to reach the person who made the initial cartridge and thus didn't end up submitting it to the jam.
