Crossfox is a solo procedural roleplaying hexcrawl where you play as an animal in order to survive and "win" by finding food caches, mates with other animals (or running from them!), surviving for long enough periods of time until reaching 3 food cache locations. The game features hand-drawn artwork inspired by the artistry work done on a Viviparus quadrude containing North American wild life species in 1885 to 1889 as well as hex maps and detailed templates related specifically to this animal's habitat, survival techniques, behaviors, etc. No motivation other than living through the process of finding food caches until reaching 3 locations is required for success!
