Soaring above the clouds is the city of the birds, Nephelokokkygia. Even here, however, CYCLOPS extends its iron grip. You are dispatched to the city of Nephelokokkygia, in an attempt to foil a CYCLOPS plot. A squad of CROs has infiltrated the city. The CROs wear crow masks and have already replaced the Crow Embassy, the birds unable to tell they aren’t…actual crows. But what do they want? And is CYCLOPS the biggest threat in the city?
