This is a supplement for Lichoma: A Meatpunk TTRPG. Blood, cum, and osmium congeal on rusted rickshaws perched precariously on thin, breaking kickstands. Standing next to these tetanus magnets are pale, dying frauds lit by the embers of cigarettes and the green glow of a neon sign. In pursuit of glory, their pretend happiness gives them an edge, and sneering smiles unsettle the jeering crowds exchanging vitae in susserating bet haggling. If these miserable storm drains of drugged-up adrenaline deserve any sort of moniker, they would be best known as THE BURNOUTS.
