Cats Know Everything About Everyone CATS KNOW THINGS is a light-hearted game meant to tell a humorous story of intrigue, all while pretending to be a very nosy cat. Russell (Maks Zee) and is inspired by Natsume Sōseki’s novel I Am a Cat, pokes satirical fun at Japanese society during the Meiji era through the eyes of a nameless cat.
