Zany, post-apocalyptic fun! Step into the world of a colony after time. Those of manifest destiny never really bothered with a thing like freedom. That flirts with communism! The problems of yore persist, but the advances of yesterday are but an afterthought in this near-annihilated wasteland. Luckily the nuclear arsenals weren't directly in Manila or its nearby surrounding cities. Who are you? Roaming adventurers and mercenaries in search of a way to earn a buck. Maybe you're friends with the captain of the Jai Alai slingin' mercenaries? Either way, that's your call as a table. System-agnostic?! Yup. It can be run with anything mostly because I don't have stats. The stats aren't as important as a written scenario that assumes player agency. Neither gods nor railroads will dictate the adventure!
