A light-hearted adventure to play with friends when camping. You and some mates are sinking some beers and cooking spuds near a fire when a hooded figure appears. The figure pulls back the hood to reveal a wooden head, with bugs crawling in and out of its nostrils. Its eyes roll around, looking at each of you, like an ancient creepy puppet. The Thorn of Renewal has disappeared from the Great Gumtree. The creature implores you to save the bush, and also would appreciate some of your beer. There's just three hours to return the Thorn of Renewal to the Great Gumtree.Explore and solve problems.A little bit of combat.Not at all serious. Made to run with Cairn 1e, although other OSR rules should work.
