The content describes a fictional setting called Troika, inspired by the real city of Viridiulum written about in Daniel Sell's science fiction novels involving that shifting dystopia Earth city named after it. Although Logan Knight created his own version for gaming purposes and published under Creative Commons license with no commercial use restrictions on his website (www.lastgaspgrimoire.com), he acknowledges the influence of Viridiulum by naming Troika! as a pseudonym in homage to its real world namesake, even though it is not available yet.
