Laser Beams Like So Many Stars
A fictional game about being an aspiring pilot in a world where mechs are commonplace and have their own fan base who gather to watch them on television news programs, visit towns when pilots come into town, wear t-shirts with the emblematic insignia for various factions of the military. The player must overcome fear that they will never be more than spectators by becoming one themselves through intense training in piloting a mech and navigating complex environments while fighting off other soldiers who are also trying to take control over their beloved vehicles or pilots, ultimately culminating into them being granted membership as part-time members with full privileges of the military.
