Eldritch Care Unit (ECU) features a unique supernatural setting within the hidden wing of hospitals across America, where players take on roles such as doctors and nurses tasked with curing patients who have affliction or other mystical issues. The game includes an innovative resolution mechanic called AdveRsarial System that focuses more heavily on overcoming external hardships than personal skill testing alone. Players can interactively create their character sheets filled out by hand-in- hand collaboration between the player themselves, and may bring in a fillable Character Sheet for ease of use during gameplay sessions. The game is San Jenarro Co-Op Approved to ensure its production was done under fair conditions with forward thinking individuals!
