Chargen is a life-path way of not mix-matching a new toon, but watching over your player character as they stumble through early life. Magic in this system is very open, as a player may be able craft any magic they wish but at the cost of it being VERY player dependent, quite time consuming and unstable. ACTM is a TTRPG attempting to capture a more realistic approach to fantasy medieval life and combat.
