The goal is to play through their lifespan by answering questions about their history in tables or stories, drawing maps with markings indicating time spent growing before death, recording these experiences into notebooks for solo players only, using the provided rules sheet and timers if available but not necessary depending on player comfort level while listening nature soundscapes without access outside.
