The Flora
This is a game for 1-4 players where the player takes on the role of a long-lived plant that adapts and grows to different seasons, climate changes, and human caretakers. The goal is to play through their lifespan by answering questions about their history in tables or stories, drawing maps with markings indicating time spent growing before death, recording these experiences into notebooks for solo players only, using the provided rules sheet and timers if available but not necessary depending on player comfort level while listening nature soundscapes without access outside. Share pictures of your Flora sheets to get feedback from others who would enjoy playing! - Introduction: The game is called "The Flora," a mediative structured freeform role-playing (RPG) set in the world where you take control over an ancient plant that has adapted and grown alongside humans for hundreds, if not thousands of years. There are six different stages to play through from seedling growth until death; each stage with its own unique questions or stories related to growing patterns as well as human caretakers who have helped nurture the Flora throughout their lifespan. - Equipment: You will need a notebook and pencil for recording your thoughts during solo gameplay, paper/pencils/erasers for creating maps
