Welcome To Richter's Rotting City is a system-agnostic setting book that takes place inside of Kalduhr from Jesse Ross' Trophy and introduces various elements such as weather, food, travel along canal systems (spoilers - giant eels), opportunities for indulgence in vice. The city also highlights manifestations of the mysterious force known only by its name 'The Rot', which twists, warps and poisons life within Richter's borders causing a range of horrific creatures to be spawned as well. It includes 15 different factions that can serve either patrons or enemies at players' tables along with 7 distinct neighborhoods each featuring important locations such as notable NPCs (non-player characters) who might aid the treasure hunters in their quests, and rumors surrounding places lost due to The Rot's pernicious effects on Richter.
