A session in King of Dust is split into 2 phases: first, the Management Phase, where you split your company's Resources into a set of different Operations - collecting information, improving your reputation, or launching attacks on an opponent, for example. King of Dust is a rules-light d6 RPG combined with a simple resource management game. After the Management Phase comes the Mission Phase, where the game's focus shifts to a single group of Associates - vat-grown soldiers purchased by the Corporation for use in particularly dangerous missions.
