The game "To Teach Your Own" has a unique take on teaching through the eyes of magical beings who act as instructors for their younger peers in magic-related activities such to improve skills, socialize and share knowledge with others while also enjoying some downtime or leisure. The mechanic is centered around creating Expertises that play like stress boxes containing quirks from Forge games but are customizable by a GM/one player playing an instructor character's playbook during the game session. It requires four players: one for their instructor (Champion), another as student, and two others to choose different classes such as Librarian or Intercessor with unique skillsets that complement each other in various situations while also having personal traits like a desire of winning love from an audience by teaching them magic tricks they've learned. The game includes easy- to-read rules and four playbooks depending on the class choices made during gameplay, all set to be released this Summer 2022 for purchase with preorders available now!
