Adrenaline is a tabletop roleplaying game set on an island in 2040 where characters work together as members of their crew to complete missions, steal valuable items from rival gangs or corporations, fight off criminals hired by wealthy individuals who also want the loot, and outsmart enemies through various tactics such as cyber hacking. The core book includes different playbooks for each character type with additional appendices including a card deck that can be used during gameplay sessions on-the-fly, prep before session starts (ZERO), or in game to assist GMs running sessions smoothly while preparing the setting and characters ahead of time. Each crew member's attributes are defined by their profession such as driver for seducing targets, technician who always has a knack with electronics, operator that specializes in surveillance, thief, scout using his stealth skills
