Privilege follows on from social issues such as Gender Inequality through its exploration of male privilege in society with a focus on office life and how it impacts daily lives. Players take roles ranging between Male or Female Office Workers, navigating a linear game-board to reach the finish line which represents promotion into Upper Management; however each roll results may vary based upon gender represented by coloured squares as well chance cards that depict discriminatory situations in society such as Scenarios being drawn from separate decks of card segregated for men and women. The objective is not only to critique male privilege but also communicate why it has no place today's progressive society with an eye on engaging the audience through its fun format, educating them about inequality issues affecting Women while highlighting that Male Privilege discrimination should be addressed in a timely manner so as for progress can continue towards greater gender equality.
