Bubblegumshoes is an RPG game set in the fictional town, Drewshire where you play as high school sleuths solving mysteries using modern-day American small towns setting and resources such as GUMSHOE system that are available for players to create their own games. The story revolves around a group of teenagers who step into different shoes by playing as Sleuth characters in Bubblegumshoe, where they uncover clues while fighting off enemies on the field using social Throwdowns or physical altercations with support from extensive information and resources provided about Drewshire town along with pre-established character sets. The game offers a variety of short mystery starters that help GMs create their own mysteries without any set rules for investigative abilities, throwing down characters who are able to fight off enemies in addition to social Throwdowns as well as physical altercations between players reflecting the drama and chaos present at high school parties on Bubblegumshoes.
