so anyways, I was thinking of the "who am I?" game, but you have stats written on your forehead instead of celebrities My exploration of what's cool about having secret stats. For sure not a new idea or even super innovative (Clue had it to an extent), but I'd love to see it more in the rpg world. In the document you'll find notes on hidden stat creation, reveal and some hack ideas.
