A Halloween themed Honey Heist hack

It is Halloween and your goal is to get the best candy in town. This is your first time going trick or treating without adult supervision, which means there are no limits, no rules. Tonight is the night: you’ve heard that a certain person is giving out a unique candy that you want for yourselves. This Honey Heist hack is a rules light game that can be played with no prep. It just needs a GM and at least 2 players. The Body / Stranger Things vibes: children having a gang and having adventures. No horror included but certain aspects may bring it out.
