I threw this crude outline of a game together to run for friends while we were hanging out with nothing else to do.  It's very basic, and while it's primarily intended for standalone sessions, you can certainly revisit the characters for an ongoing adventure. Requires very little beyond a couple of dice, something to make notes, and a willingness to be creative in describing what's happening.
