Impostor Ship
Impostor Ship is a tabletop roleplaying game for 3 or more people. The players take on the role of alien invaders, while the Game Master acts as their computer assistant V.I.C.I. The Invaders are tiny alien crew members (1cm in height), controlling a robotic vessel that is disguised as a human—the Impostor Ship (I.S.). V.I.C.I. (pronounced “Vicky”) is the Virtual Intelligence Computer Interface (V.I.C.I.) connected to the I.S.’s systems and sensors to assist the Invaders with situational awareness. V.I.C.I. also takes on the role of everyone and everything encountered by the I.S., exactly like the Game Master in most other Tabletop RPGs. The Invaders have been deployed to Jacksonville, Florida, in the Earth-year 1999. Every session, they must pick one of a few mission choices, attempt their assignment, and report their intel back to the Imperial Institute of Invasions (I.I.I.). Features Interact with humans to achieve your mission objectives, but if you raise too much suspicion, the Suits will come after you. The Game Master plays an on-board computer personality, V.I.C.I., as well as all the human and animal NPCs outside of the Impostor Ship Cut-out Character Sheets for players and Deck Sheets for tracking the capabilities, damages, and positions of players on different parts of the Impostor Ship Move around the Impostor Ship to operate and repair different parts of the "body" Gain Expenditure Points (XP) to purchase prototype upgrades to the Impostor ShipAssign chain-of-command and crew positions with special skill bonuses to each invader at the start of each session This is an early access version of this game.
