The dropouts, the half-a-hedge mages, the Suckass Wizards who can string together a spell or two, but don’t wield any real power. And like anyone with a bit of power who wishes they had more, these Suckass Wizards are petty, frustrated, and deeply concerned with any minor slights against them.
