Robots & Ruins is an RPG set in a post-apocalyptic world, where amnestics have awakened from sleep to find themselves amidst ruins and technology they do not understand or recognize the previous human civilization that existed prior being destroyed by some unknown event. The game features robots with various abilities which can be enhanced further through software development tools found throughout gameplay, as well in physical hardware embedded inside them for specific purposes such a combat enhancements like explosive rounds used on enemies. Robots & Ruins is designed to allow players create their own version of the apocalypse and experience it firsthand where they want - either by creating robots that help or hinder others around them when competing against one another, fighting dangerous creatures trying to escape after being awoken from sleep too fast as well getting into trouble with other amnesiacs who might not trust you.
